The shopping centre was busy but no one seemed interested in browsing, so I had a pretty quiet time of it. I did however chat to a couple of interesting people about things other than books eg Obama receiving the Nobel Peace prize, and child protection – so time isn’t wasted when you get to have stimulating conversations.
I’m off to Melbourne on Thursday for the Sisters in Crime event with Emma Boling and Tara Moss. Am looking forward to this a lot, other than the cold weather. Have to get my jumper out of mothballs.

Wish I could have been there. Ended up only seeing the last 6 laps due to medical reasons… Holden 1.2 and 3. Got to love when the universe works.
