Many thanks to the people who gave me feedback. If anyone else has thoughts on if they’d like to see read another one, or if anyone has suggested improvements, I’m all ears. It was, as I said before, an experiment that presented some challenges. It did bring me closer to the characters and strangely, now, as I’m writing book 2, I’ve incorporated the adventure into my back story. Lady Venom, the hit woman, will definitely make an appearance in the books but she’ll have a way cooler nickname – one that I didn’t invent on the spot.
