The topic for the Logan North library mega panel has been confirmed. Writing Panel – Simple Ways to Promote Your Book Saturday 29th August 11.00-12.30pm These fantastic authors, Andrew Warrilow, Marianne de Pierres/Delacourt, Rowena Cory Daniells, Trent Jamieson, Kylie Chan and Louise Cusack will speak about their experience as their own publicists. Had a very pleasant morning at Logan West Library talking with the panelists and the audience. Highlights were catching up with the newly-engaged Nicky Strickland, and listening to Breanda Cross talk about the numerous times she’s been interviewed by the police over the years from being an (inadvertent) witness to various crimes. Fascinating and rather spooky. Karen Tyrell read from her work-in-progress and Pat Noad and Anne Infante lent their wisdom to proceedings. |
