A special thank you to Julie for putting up a spectacular display and making me feel so welcome. Met some lovely people and sold copies of Tara Sharp. Had a little girl up come up out of the blue (her parents were nearby having coffee) to tell me that she liked my hair. She then engaged me in intelligent and thoughtful conversation about writing. I was truly entranced. I think she’ll grow up to be President of the World.

My hair seems to open conversations with people. I think I’ll keep it like this.
