I’ve put together a rough blurb for TS2 and have posted it below for you guys:

Things are looking up for Tara Sharp. The boss of a motorcycle racing team has put her on retainer to find out who’s sabotaging his bike ahead of a big race.

And the very wealthy “Madam” Vine wants her girls coached on how to better read their clients. But while Tara’s enjoying a few silver linings, more grey clouds are gathering.

Wal, her narcoleptic security chief is suddenly homeless, and word is that local gang lord Johnny Vogue, has bought a hitman to town to clean up some of his unfinished business. With their previous history, Tara has a fair idea that means her. Working hard and dodging bullets is something she’s getting damn good at.

Having fun with Tara in book 2. Not giving her a second to rest! Getting to meet some great new characters, including her cousin Crack and his bossy girlfriend, Sable. All the regulars are back, including Tozzi, Ed, Wal, Mr and Mrs Hara and Bok and Smitty. I’ll be delivering it in just over a month but the publication date has changed, so I’m not sure quite what month it will be out. Will keep you posted.

Once it’s delivered, I’ll be beginning the next whodunnit, so the waiting time won’t seem so long.
